Dorisville – Bensville
Quite possibly one of Trademark Building’s most unique projects to date. This 100 year old federation house originally located on Davistown waterfront was moved to its final resting place in Bensville in the early 1990’s where it has been kept in its almost original state. Proving themselves as high quality builders, Trademark Building completed extension works with a pool deck and were contracted to do a renovation and addition works shortly after. The project included fully custom made interior cedar linings and mouldings as well as specially sourced Baltic pine flooring to match into this historic dwelling. A new period style and fully functional kitchen along with Velux skylights breathe scores of natural light into this home.

Paul was able to interpret what we wanted for the deck into something that was better than what we could have imagined. The workmanship was exceptional and every detail was finished to the highest standard imaginable. We have already recommended Paul to others and he is now helping with our next project.
